Grounded in Evidence

My practice is built on research, not assumption. A peer-reviewed publication in the Journal of Environmental Psychology examining the relationship between office layout and organisational culture underpins the evidence-based approach I bring to every engagement.

The Influence of Office Layout Features on Employee Perception of Organizational Culture

Findings demonstrated that office layout features significantly predict organisational culture, which in turn mediates the relationship between the physical environment and employee job satisfaction.
