How I work

I often work with clients before a project exists – at the point of feasibility, business case development, or early strategic alignment. This can mean helping an organisation determine whether change is needed at all, and what kind of workplace would actually support it.

Whether I'm working with an organisation before a project is defined or alongside a team already in motion, I meet clients where they are – bringing clarity, structure and strategic rigour to whatever stage the work is at.

Background

Over a decade of experience across corporate and construction environments, in senior strategy roles at global workplace design and construction firms – followed by independent consulting directly with organisations.

I understand not only how organisations work, but the commercial and strategic realities that shape their decisions. My practice is grounded in research as well as application, including a peer-reviewed publication in the Journal of Environmental Psychology (Elsevier).
